The Polar Express As we close another wonderful school year at Lincoln Street School, I want to wish all of our families a relaxing summer filled with joy, curiosity, and wonder. I hope the months ahead bring time for rest, adventure, laughter, and meaningful moments with those you love.
Thank you for your incredible support and partnership throughout the year. From volunteering as Mystery Readers to helping with Tech Field Day, your generosity and commitment to our school community have been extraordinary. Your volunteerism is truly second to none. We are also so grateful for the thoughtful gestures, both big and small—the tissue and water donations, the surprise bouquets of flowers for the front office, and even the box of donuts that everyone appreciated during those busy final days of June. Your kindness and support mean so much.
I feel incredibly lucky and proud to serve as the principal of Lincoln Street School. It is a privilege to work alongside such dedicated staff, wonderful students, and supportive families.
To our Grade 5 families: as your children prepare for middle school, know that they are ready. The tools have been sharpened and carefully placed in their toolbox. They leave Lincoln Street with the skills, confidence, and character needed for this next chapter. Continue to encourage them to grow, keep learning, and remain open to new opportunities and adventures. Have a safe, happy, and restful summer. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in the fall.
Reminders/Updates:
