The Polar Express As we reflect on another remarkable year at Lincoln Street School, we celebrate the many experiences, accomplishments, and memories that brought our school community together. From the excitement of the Fun Run, Inflatable Costume Staff Race, Slime Assembly, BMX Kindness Assembly, and Wizards event to the creativity and talent showcased during the Grade 4 Granny Awards, choral concerts, recorder performances, and band concerts, our students had countless opportunities to learn, grow, and shine. One of the year's most exciting highlights was the launch of the Grade 3 Strings Program. On June 8, Mrs. Kate Kent led 95 Grade 3 students in their culminating performance at the ARHS Auditorium. Students from all four elementary schools came together to perform nine musical selections, demonstrating tremendous dedication, perseverance, and teamwork. This incredible accomplishment reflects the hard work of our students, music teachers, and strings instructor and marks the beginning of an exciting new tradition for our district's music program. We look forward to seeing this initiative continue to grow in the years ahead. Congratulations to our young violinists for having the courage to try something new and for sharing their talents with our community!
