The Polar Express
As we celebrate Staff Appreciation Week, I want to take a moment to recognize and thank the incredible educators and staff who make our school such a special place each and every day.
Our teachers and staff demonstrate tireless dedication and an unwavering commitment to the craft of teaching and learning. They go far beyond delivering lessons—they inspire curiosity, nurture growth, and create environments where every child feels valued, supported, and challenged. Their work requires patience, creativity, and heart, and they show up with all three in abundance.
I would also like to extend a special note of gratitude to our school nurse, whose role is essential to the daily life of our school. From ensuring the wellness and safety of our students to providing compassionate care and support to both children and staff, she is a steady and reassuring presence. Her expertise, attentiveness, and kindness help keep our school community healthy and thriving.
To all of our staff—thank you for the countless ways you support our students and one another. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and we are deeply grateful for all that you do.

Thank you in advance to our PTO for showering our staff with snacks, treats, and goodies.

Quote of the week: "I have come to believe that a great teacher is a great artist... Teaching might even be the greatest of the arts since the medium is the human mind and spirit." — John Steinbeck
