The Polar Express

It is hard to believe that Monday is Ground Hog's Day!   January is just a frozen memory in time. February welcomes an opportunity to celebrate Black History Month. Black History Month is a time to celebrate the experiences, contributions, and achievements of Black individuals in ways that are meaningful, age-appropriate, and connected to everyday classroom learning. In our district, we believe belonging means that every student feels seen, valued, and represented in what they learn. For additional resources, please see the Culture and Belonging section of The Polar Express.

The LSS Souper Bowl begins February 2-6. This annual food drive will benefit the Northborough Food Pantry. Below is the link:

  • If your child is outside waiting for a bus or walking, we encourage them to wear the proper clothing!
  • Magic Five Reminder: students need hat/hood, coat, gloves/mittens, boots, and ski pants to play in the snow!
